I traveled with my family and really loved the hotel's location—it made it easy for us to explore different parts of Tenjin and Hakata by walking. The room was spacious, and my baby particularly enjoyed the bathtub. However, I did have some trouble communicating with a few staff members who struggled with English. Overall, it was a convenient stay but the language barrier was a slight drawback.
