Reviews and Ratings
I traveled with my family and really loved the hotel's location—it made it easy for us to explore different parts of Tenjin and Hakata by walking. The room was spacious, and my baby particularly enjoyed the bathtub. However, I did have some trouble communicating with a few staff members who struggled with English. Overall, it was a convenient stay but the language barrier was a slight drawback.
I had a great stay with my family, with a perfect location allowing us to explore Tenjin and Hakata easily. The room was spacious and my baby loved the bathtub, which added to our comfort. However, some staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made getting help a bit tricky at times.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with my family! The location was perfect for exploring Tenjin, and we appreciated how near we were to several train stations and convenience stores. Our room was spacious which my baby really enjoyed, especially the bathtub. However, it was a bit challenging at times to communicate with some of the staff in English.
